1. What information do we collect?
We collect whatever personal information you voluntarily provide to us when you express interest in obtaining information about our services, participate in our services, or otherwise contact us.
The personal information we collect, depending upon the nature of your contact with us, may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, physical and/or mailing addresses, job titles, billing addresses, credit and/or debit card information.
All personal information you provide to us must be true, correct, complete, and accurate. You are responsible for notifying us of any changes to such personal information.
We DO NOT in any way process SENSITIVE Information.
Payment Data: We may collect the necessary data to process your payment for services, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with that payment instrument. We may process your personal information for a variety of reasons depending upon how you interact with our services, such as processing your information to provide services, responding to your inquiries and/or resolve any conflicts, to fulfill and manage any orders or payments, to request or respond to feedback
about our services, for delivery of marketing items (which you may opt out of), posting any testimonials which may contain personal information, to protect, secure, evaluate, or improve our services and our clients’ experiences, to identify usage trends, or to comply with our legal obligations.

We may share or transfer your information in connection with or during negotiations of any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
4. How long do we keep your information?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set forth in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (i.e. tax, accounting, other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us to keep your personal information for longer than 3 years from the date it is provided to us.
We will either delete or anonymize your personal information once legitimate business needs to process this information no longer exist. If for any reason this is not possible, we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We have implemented a series of appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such information. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and can purchase and receive the services that we offer. If we learn that personal information from users under the age of 18 years of age has been collected, we will cancel any and all pending transactions and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

You will be deleted from all marketing and promotional mailing lists; however, we may still contact you with service-related communications when necessary.
8. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
At this time there is no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals that have been finalized. Subsequently, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other type mechanism that automatically communicates your desire not to have any of your personal information tracked. Should a standard for this operation that we must follow be adopted in the future, we will advise our users via a revised version of this privacy policy. In accordance with California law, we are notifying our users that currently we do not respond to DNT signals.
